OLFA Perforation Cutter


Olfa which alongside NT, developed snap blade cutters in the late 1950's, invented the first rotary cutter in 1979 an incredibly useful tool for the purpose of quilt making and fabric cutting. 

This variation on the rotary cutter, allows to create on paper a neat perforated line for easy tear.

18mm diameter blade.

This cutter is extremely sharp and should be handled with care by adults only.
