Natural Pigments Drawing Inks
£15.00
These drawing inks were conceived by two artists, Rebecca Wallace and Pip Seymour, who have a singular view on the properties which define good paint. Looking to avoid the forced over-saturated appearance of commercial paints brought about by a plethora of chemical additives obliterating the pigments true voice, Pip and Rebecca looked to use the best possible ingredients and the truest of pigments in a bare-boned recipe for a natural result reminiscent of historic materials.
The result are unusual, complex, sophisticated colours otherwise rarely seen in commercial paints. They are particularly suited for a vintage antiquated style, whereby colours seem to already have lived.
These inks can be used for calligraphy (the darker ones are especially recommended for this purpose) as well as drawing and painting.
