Choosing Keeping is a small, independent shop built on a creative but hands-on approach to retail. We handle everything in-house, from PR, manufacturing of bespoke products to complex visual merchandising ; there are so many interesting and diverse facets to great shopkeeping. Our team is a stable group of hardworking, supportive, and caring people - working closely together on the shop floor and behind the scenes to deliver excellent customer service and experience. Roles here are practical and hands-on, but also challenging and demanding, with real responsibility and room to grow. We look for people who are reliable, committed, and looking to pursue a career in retail. 

BUYING MANAGER 

We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our buying team at a senior level. We are looking for an experienced Buying Manager to lead a complex and ambitious buying programme, working closely with the business owner and leading a small team. The right person will be commercially sharp, highly organised and genuinely passionate about product and retail.
