You can count on the sharpness of their blades, owing to the fact that their manufacturer also makes surgical equipment in Seki, Japan - a region well known for its knife and sword making tradition.

This smaller precision model is particularly sharp and pointy - perfect for fiddly bits. The teflon coating makes it especially efficient when having to cut messy and sticky things, as its blades will not collect gunk and can be wiped clean easily.
