Brass Bullet Pencil Sharpener

Beautiful for the simplicity of its shape and functionality - this solid brass sharpener replaces the complicated rotating lead sharpeners that came before it. Often known as the 'bullet' or 'cartridge' sharpener, the earliest forms of this sharpener can be traced back to the 1890's both in Germany and the United States where it was manufactured by the Eberhard Faber Pencil Company.
